Community Service

Students will begin their morning community service assignments next week.  Each classroom in our school has 2 students assigned.  The tutor younger students in reading sight words and also practicing math facts.

• School Store
• Coffee Shop
• BMS ambassadors at magnet school fairs

The community service experience is valuable because it gives our younger students an opportunity to practice their learning on a daily basis.  It gives both the older students and the younger ones a chance to form positive relationships.
